Granola from Enjoy Life Foods - gluten free, soy free, dairy free, nut free, casein free

Yummy Yummy Yummy, My very favorite company EnjoyLife foods sent me a bag of their awesome double chocolate crunch granola. The double chocolate crunch granola is so good, it can be eaten by itself. You can also eat it the way I liked it which is as a cereal.

I really love to eat granola cereal and of course I love chocolate so this granola was perfect for me. Like all of EnjoyLife foods other products their granola is free of gluten, wheat, dairy, peanut, tree nut, egg, soy, fish, and shell fish. The products from EnjoyLife Foods are really great products for people who have food allergies but still want to enjoy their favorite foods.

I was also sent a bag of their semi-sweet chocolate mega chunks for baking. The mega chunk are dairy, soy, and gluten free. I found a gluten free recipe on Foodnetwork.com for chewy gluten free chocolate chip cookies. I just replaced the regular semi-sweet chocolate chips with the mega chunks. I did cut the chunks down to a size that would not be too big for the cookies. My whole family loved them so much and didn’t even know they were gluten free.

For many years I have suffered from chronic pain from head to toe. Most of my pain is because I have very serious back issues, but a lot of time I hurt other places. I am on pain medications but I really do not like take them all the time. In June my son became very sick with an illness that we still have not been able to figure out. Since then I have started to change a lot of the foods we eat. We found out that my son has some food allergies that we did not about before, so finding foods that he can eat has become a challenge. I have decided to eat more gluten free foods. I did a lot of research on different gluten free foods but I was still hesitant on most of the foods. I was sure that all gluten free foods probably taste really bad and that my son would never try it.
